Stonebrick Chimney & Tuckpointing LLC is a locally owned masonry and exterior construction company serving Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
We built this company around one idea: do the work properly the first time, and the rest takes care of itself.
Stonebrick specializes in brickwork, stonework, tuckpointing, chimney repair, concrete, and exterior restoration. Most of our projects are homes across the southwest side and nearby suburbs — porches, chimneys, walkways, retaining walls, and facades that have taken decades of Chicago freeze and thaw.
Older masonry needs judgment, not just labor. Mortar has to be the right hardness for the brick around it. Joints have to be tooled to the original profile. Flashing and crowns have to actually shed water. We take the time to get those details right, which is why our repairs blend into the original work rather than announcing themselves.
You deal directly with the people doing the work. Estimates are free and written in plain language, timelines are honest, and the site gets cleaned before we leave it.
